Exclusive — Trumpocrats Leader: ‘Shame On’ Hillary Clinton for Globalization Push, Tim Kaine Cannot Whitewash It for Her
FARMVILLE, Virginia — Trumpocrats PAC executive director Christian Rickers told Breitbart News exclusively that Sen. Tim Kaine (D-VA) cannot whitewash Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Rodham Clinton’s disastrous backing of globalization policies.
Rickers, a lifelong Democrat now leading an organization designed to elect GOP presidential nominee Donald J. Trump to the White House over Clinton, is a former staffer for Kaine. He still likes Kaine, and respects him immensely, but warns his fellow Democrats that Kaine being her running mate is not enough to support Clinton for president. His comments come as Kaine is about to take the stage to face off against Indiana Gov. Mike Pence, the GOP vice presidential nominee, in the vice presidential debate here on Tuesday evening. Rickers supported Sen. Bernie Sanders of Vermont in 2016’s Democratic presidential primaries, and was previously a delegate to the 2012 Democratic National Convention for President Barack Obama. But now, since his party veered so far off track by nominating Clinton for the presidency, he is backing Trump for president and leading a grassroots organization designed to elect him.
“Tim Kaine is one of the finest public servants I have ever known and he’s a great guy,” Rickers told Breitbart News. “But he’s not running for president….she is. The Clintons continue to blame and ridicule the American workers for the mounting job losses. The fact is the Clintons caused all of this with aggressively pursuing globalist policies that shipped our jobs overseas and on top of that they got rich. From zero to a quarter of a billion dollars by selling influence all over the world. Shame on them!”
The Trumpocrats are gaining traction as more and more lifelong Democrats across key swing states like Ohio, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Michigan, and other battleground states are leaving their party for the first time ever to support Trump for president.
